Volar tus drones bajo la nueva normativa europea sobre drones ES<\/h3>

Las fechas de aplicabilidad seg\u00fan el reglamento de la UE 2019\/947 y 2019\/945 son:<\/p>

a) a partir del 31 de diciembre de 2020, el registro de operadores de drones y de drones certificados pasa a ser obligatorio<\/p>

b) a partir del 31 de diciembre de 2020, se podr\u00e1n realizar operaciones en la categor\u00eda \u201cespec\u00edfica\u201d previa autorizaci\u00f3n de la Autoridad Aeron\u00e1utica Nacional.<\/p>

c) entre el 31 de diciembre de 2020 y el 1 de enero de 2023, los usuarios de drones que operen drones sin etiquetas de identificaci\u00f3n de clase pueden continuar operando en la categor\u00eda limitada seg\u00fan el art\u00edculo 22 del Reglamento UE 2019\/947.<\/p>

d) a partir de enero de 2022, las autorizaciones, certificados y declaraciones nacionales deben convertirse \u00edntegramente al nuevo Sistema de la UE<\/p>

e) a partir del 1 de enero de 2022, los Estados miembros de EASA deben poner a disposici\u00f3n informaci\u00f3n sobre zonas geogr\u00e1ficas para la conciencia geogr\u00e1fica en un formato digital armonizado entre los pa\u00edses de la UE.<\/p>

d) a partir de enero de 2023, todas las operaciones en la \u00abcategor\u00eda abierta\u00bb y todos los operadores de drones deben cumplir plenamente con el Reglamento UE 2019\/947 y el Reglamento UE 2019\/945.<\/p>

Exteriors<\/strong><\/h2>

Nowadays, drones have invaded our skies and public areas. They can be used for a wide range of activities, such as filming events, shooting impressive videos or photos from the sky, or just for the fun of flying, as they can be bought ready-made and are relatively easy to fly. In order to respond to this rapid development and the associated potential threats to\u00a0public safety and security<\/strong>, the\u00a0European legislator has asked<\/strong>\u00a0the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to develop a new regulatory framework to address Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), comprising the\u00a0various types of aerial drones as well as their control infrastructure<\/strong>.<\/p>

To understand the EU regulations, we first have to explain two newly introduced terms:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Classes<\/h3>

With the CE classes, drones will in the future be\u00a0subdivided<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0according to their\u00a0technical characteristics<\/strong>.<\/span> There are:<\/p>

  • the class C0<\/li>
  • the class C1<\/li>
  • the class C2<\/li>
  • the class C3<\/li>
  • and class C4.<\/li><\/ul>

    In the future, drones must be clearly marked with the appropriate class by the manufacturers.<\/p>

    Categories<\/strong><\/h3>

    Flight maneuvers<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0will in the future be\u00a0divided into three categories<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0(Open, Specific, and Certified)\u00a0based on their risk<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>

    • Open category<\/strong><\/span>= low risk. Category for small drones (<25kg<\/strong>)\u00a0operated within<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Visual Line of Sight (VLOS<\/strong>)\u00a0<\/span>below<\/span> 120 meters of altitude<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0away from the public<\/strong><\/span><\/li>
    • Specific category<\/span>=\u00a0<\/strong>medium risk. Flying with drones (>25 kg<\/strong><\/span>) operated at Very Low Levels, Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS<\/strong><\/span>), and\/or\u00a0above groups of people<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>
    • Certified category<\/span>=\u00a0<\/strong>high risk. Drones are derived from aircraft operated in controlled airspace and will have to be logically\u00a0certified by EASA<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0like all other aircraft developed in the EU.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t

      The proposed EASA Regulation on drones is two-fold:<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
      • A Commission Regulation on rules for the operations of UAS<\/li>
      • \u00a0A Commission Delegated Regulation defining technical requirements for UAS authorized to operate in the \u201cOpen\u201d category<\/li><\/ul>

        Drones flying in the \u201cOpen\u201d category will not require prior authorization by the competent authority, nor a declaration by the operator before the operation takes place.\u00a0Safety<\/span> is<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0ensured through a\u00a0combination of operational limitations, technical requirements for the machine, and the competency of the remote pilot<\/strong>.<\/span> Examples of operations that fall into this category are filming and taking photographs, infrastructure inspections, and leisure activities in which the remote pilot keeps the unmanned aircraft in sight at all times.<\/p>

        Design requirements for small drones (up to 25kg) will be implemented by using the CE marking for products brought to the market in Europe. The operator will find in each drone package consumer information with the \u201cdo\u2019s and don\u2019ts\u201d on how to fly a drone without endangering other people.<\/p>

        Therefore, for this smaller \u201cOpen\u201d category of drones, the European Commission has asked European Standards Organisations (ESOs) to develop Harmonised Standards, addressing the 5 classes of consumer drones from C0 to C4, proportionally to the risk.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
